We're very thankful and blessed to have this help. I really appreciate the MoHealth benefits that we receive for our boys while I am in school. It is frustrating at times when I call. It's either, no one is available or if you do get through after the 2 hour wait, your call gets disconnected. The (pin) they're supposed to send, never comes. The one where you can submit changes online without having to sit for hours on the phone. I've requested 3 different times in the past year. We have changes to need to be documented and feel like I'm spinning my wheels. Looking forward to a more successful 2018.

What's an epileptic patient supposed to do to pay for medications if they can't work? I thought that's what Medicaid is for? I guess it would be better to flop around all day & make things worse so ppl have to go to the ER all the time or eventually end up in a worse & much more expensive healthcare situation than they already are, so then the state will approve them. Same with SSDI. I'm upset even more, every month that goes by, closer to having no help even for the generic seizure medicines. Have babies & be healthy, you automatically get insurance...be ill but logically not be having kids, and SORRY, NO INSURANCE FOR YOU. Yeah, that's reasonable. I'm waiting MO Healthnet, at least cover my medications. This is stressful, which makes Epilepsy worse for most patients. Get with the program & quit making me call one phone number that takes hours to get thru to, PLEASE. IT'S NOT FUNNY TO THOSE OF US WHO REALLY NEED IT! Thank you.

Poor customer service. Takes 30 minutes to get to an agent. And They predetermined a premium that I could not afford and told me nothing they could do. And not willing to budge, now my daughter won't have coverage because they don't take into account living expenses. They only go by the income.very angry

A completely broken system. I don’t even know where to begin. Complaints: many. If money wasn’t an option, no one would choose MO Medicaid. I hate having to fight my way through the system and I feel sorry for the many seniors that get completely lost with in it and accept the many mistakes of Medicaid as truth and fact.

I can never talk to a human when I need to, they're sensitive in what they cover I've called many times to find doctors in my area that accept this coverage, they'll give me a list of doctors that supposedly accept the insurance actually don't at all. If you have a choice of insurance besides this one, go with it. I would give it 0 stars if that were possible.
