My review is based on  phone conversations.  I was interested in a vehicle, called the number, asked and got answered many questions I had regarding the vehicle.

The lady who spoke with me took the time to verify several details by going out to the vehicle, looking at it physically, to be sure.

Subsequent follow - up  conversations were equally professional.

Negative review based solely on general principal (though the prices there run high as well). SO incredibly hostile on the phone I will never step foot there again. I understand people have bad days, but after the terrible phone experience, I then received a highly profane voicemail from the woman at their front desk (which I would be happy to share with any potential customers). There are plenty of other methods/sites/businesses to sell and buy vehicles to avoid Auburn Park and Sell.
