Over priced for what the park offers; even their electric rates. If you don't have a DirecTV or Dish satellite good luck with your television reception; planes and helicopters fly over the park from morning to night disrupting TV service. The sites themselves are old and in need of work. What others have said about Lenny's attitude is accurate; and, often times he'd close the office early. I stayed there 3 months as I couldn't find another RV park in the area; happy when I left.

Lenny the manger is less than helpful and has terrible customer service skills. I would not recommend staying here. I would highly recommend staying at the Nevada County Fairgrounds.

Loved the cabins, its small and really nice, everything I was hoping for! It is super super clean, from the park to the bathrooms! Just a very lovely place to be.

DESCRIBE MY EXPERIENCE...WELL THAT'S A JOKE. IT GOES A LITTLE LIKE THIS... THEY HATE CHILDREN AND MOST ANIMALS!!! THEY TRY TO CHARGE YOU TWICE FOR YOUR SITE/LOT. PLEASE KEEP ALL RECEIPTS. LENNY IS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. HE IS QUICK TO TAKE YOUR PAYMENT THEN FORGET??? AND PUT A NOTICE ON YOUR DOOR YOU HAVE A BALANCE TO PAY OR YOUR BEING EVICTED. AFTER RECEIPT WAS SHOWN HIS ATTITUDE CHANGED FOR A FEW DAYS.. THEN HERE WE GO AGAIN.. NOW MY DOG IS VICIOUS JUST BECAUSE SHES A MID SIZED DOG THAT HAS NEVER HURT ANYONE. IF YOU WALK UP TO HER SHE WILL LAY DOWN AND BEG FOR YOU TO RUB HER. BASICALLY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MOVE ON TO THE NEXT VICTIM... IF YOU HAVE A CALIFORNIA LICENSE PLATE ON YOUR VEHICLE AND CAMPER YOUR PROBABLY OK... IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE GET READY.. BEND OVER AND STAY LIKE THAT CAUSE YOU ARE FIXING TO GET SCREWED!! PLEASE PEOPLE READ THIS AND TAKE IT TO HEART.. IF YOU WANT AN EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEVER FORGET THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU AND YOUR POCKET BOOK..IF NOT MOVE ON DOWN THE ROAD!! WALMART PARKING LOT OR A TRUCK STOP IS MUCH BETTER THAN THIS PLACE!! GOOD LUCK AND SAFE TRAVELS!!
