I recently (June 2017) went out to Rock Creek mobile home park to look at homes for sale. The park itself is very clean, very maintained. However, the realtor handling the sales from Lyon Realitors, she is not a good sales person, she is not interested in anything but making her a buck! The homes in that park are highly over priced for the year of home. She will not negotiate with buyers, like I said she is only interested in lining her pockets. I found GlenBrook estates in Loomis very nice socialable people and this park is very very reseasonably priced. Owners will work with a buyer to purchase home.

Clean. Quiet. Yet friendly people live here. Over 55 years old and all homes are decorated nicely. Bit costly but worth knowing safe for family to live there.

I recently have purchased a unit in Rock Creek Mobile Home Park. It is the first time I've bought this type of property and there are a lot of complexities that were confusing. Fortunately, the park manager Eleanor, was able to explain all of the steps and procedures necessary and it was great to know that the property I was buying was well managed and well taken care of. I look forward to my time there and want to give special thanks to Eleanor for her help. I definitely can recommend Rock Creek as what I consider the best mobile home community in the Auburn area.
