Very knowledgeable staff and decent prices.
I used to be in the industry, and I know these guys have a very large coverage area, which leads the staff to be very busy. Because of this, they can sometimes come off as short or impatient. Don't take it personal. These are very busy guys, especially in peak pool season. 
They'll answer any questions you have, but they are busy folks so advise Google first to answer any common knowledge questions. I would suggest them to anyone I know based on prices and expertise alone.

Been here a few times; I ask a lot of questions to ensure I'm properly taking care of my pool & spa equipment and I'm usually met with an attitude of annoyance. Have heard similar comments from affiliates I've sent to this store as well.
