I checked out Acapulco Tan on Auburn in Rochester here, and immediately left because I knew it was going to be a bad experience when they asked me to sign a document that looked like a lease. I found this place because it was only about two miles away. Let me tell you, LOVE IT, and VERY WELL WORTH IT! They are there for YOU and NOT YOUR MONEY. They run specials all the time for 50% off lotions and moisturizers. Also, if your not sure about getting a tanning package, and just pay for the day you can put that towards your package when your ready to. Also they give samples of all there lotions before you buy! I HIGHLY recommend this place, and I will be back :)

Con artist. They tried to pull a scam on me. They told me that if I paid up front for three  massages that I would get 5. When I started to really question them they could not answer my questions. I just felt they where pulling a con. I WILL NOT go back

I've been a customer for about a year and I am very happy with this tanning facility. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and genuinely concerned with getting you the tan you are looking for - light or dark. I don't like a dark tan and they have never tried to talk me into going longer or more often than I want to. The facilities are always clean and in good order, and they offer a wide variety of products & services at a good value.
