This was my first Audi lease.  Aaron H. was very patient, friendly and easy to communicate with.  He made it possible to take home the exact vehicle we wanted.  At no time did we feel pressured and the leasing experience was efficient.  Best experience I've had at a dealership.  Please keep up the great service!

I had some warranty work and a service done on my A4 and my Service Advisor, Rich, was great!  He greeted me by name when I pulled into the bay, was quick to get me on my way, stayed in contact with me regarding the status of my vehicle, and my vehicle was done in a very timely manner, and was very clean.  Rich has been my Service Advisor a handful of times, and has always had excellent service.  Because my car buying experience and follow-up services have been so great, I drive all the way from Layton to Lehi (50 miles) to have my Audi serviced at Ken Garff Audi.

Very good experience with Audi Lehi. Vehicle in for service was a 2014 S6. Simple-quick process to get an appointment near term (no long wait for the appointment), very thorough review of the the service requirements for the vehicle with Hendrick Miller (Service Consultant),  great follow-up after the service was completed, from Sterling Perry (Audi Master Mechanic). Both Hendrick and Sterling showed enthusiasm and expertise for the brand and the model. I highly recommend the service department at this Audi dealership. At the same time, I ended up purchasing an extended  service agreement for the vehicle, Scott Carter helped make that happen.

Beautiful new Audi showroom. Friendly staff. Super easy location right off of I-15 in North Utah County. Great service department. And most important amazing vehicles. With an excellent degree of choices. Used and New.

I've always been happy with the service when I bring my A6 in.  I will keep coming here as long as I own an Audi.  I especially like the new guy Kendrick taking the time to actually explain what is included in the service instead of just telling me the service was done.  I appreciate being spoken to like I'm intelligent.  I'm confident that it's money well spent, and not just a scam, knowing what exactly they did to my car.
