I've worked for Porsche for 10 months now and I still get impressed with how friendly, professional, and helpful the staff is here. When people come in, they aren't bombarded, or pressured. The sales staff listen to their customers and truly work hard to get them exactly what they want. And the service employees do all they can to make each service customer feel comfortable, taken care of, and secure knowing that their cars will be in the best care possible. Ken Garff really knows how to create lifetime customers and employees.

Never have had any issues at Ken Garff. Love my Macan. Service is quick and painless. Staff is always kind.

I've had my car for about two years and it's had so many problems it's unbelievable but Ken Garff Lehi has always done their best at accommodating me and making it as painless as possible. They have even returned my car back to my house once which was great. This location has been nothing but the best and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Kori Criddle was great to work with. My wife and I were very particular about our choices, so it took a while for us to find our perfect car. Kori was very patient and professional the entire time. At one point, she even offered to send a potential car to our home for a test drive due to our busy schedule. Tony Hilder, our salesman, was also very knowledgeable and transparent during the whole purchasing process, which took an hour from start to finish. After our purchase, Kori followed up frequently to ensure that all our needs were met. The best car buying experience all around for us. We were glad to buy from Porsche Lehi even though we live near downtown.

I just recently purchased a used vehicle here, and I can honestly say that this was the best experience I have had at a car dealership. Tony was so helpful and so friendly. He spend his entire day making sure that I felt happy with what I was buying. I had so many issues with my insurance company, and he was so willing to help, and so happy to do so. Nicest guy you will ever meet. I would definitely recommend this dealership/Tony with any of your future car purchases.
