"Structural damage? What do you mean this car has structural damage, I just bought it and look how low the miles are."
"Yup, I can tell right here that it's been in an accident and that the airbags have even deployed.  They didn't tell you that when you bought it?"
"No, in fact when I asked what its history was, they told me it was a garaged vehicle with a super clean title."
"Well, any honest dealership would have disclosed that before hand.  You should go ask for your money back.  Here is a copy of the paperwork.  It says right here - announced at auction as Structural Damage."
UPDATE: We are extremely disappointed with how we were treated when we went back to discuss this with PMR.  We've already had to get our brand new car repaired twice in the first two months we've owned it and every time it is a huge hassle.  
Brad, Kevin and Dean are not honest dealers despite their comfortable, no pressure appearance.  They sell structurally damaged vehicles that have "clean title" because the damage was never reported to the insurance company. It is a legal and extremely unethical loophole they are exploiting at the expense of local families.
PMR is not the place to buy a reliable and safe family car.  If this review saves even a single person from going through the mental anguish my wife and I have experienced then it will be worth it.  We can't sleep because of how distressed we are, and every day we regret that we ever set foot in their office.

Super low-key sales and service. Never any pressure. Great selection inventory and well worth the drive down from SLC. Kevin (and Dean) were everything you would hope to expect from an auto sales company. Forget everything you have previously experienced from high-pressure car dealerships. They know what they are doing and take service (even after the sale) to a whole new standard. I had a couple glitches that they took care of immediately a couple weeks later. They took care of financing on site at an incredible rate and the paperwork didn't take more than 15 minutes. I will NEVER buy a car from anyone else. They have my business for life. Thanks, guys!

The guys at PMR were great to work with. They didn't pressure or push or try to upsell or anything. They have a great inventory and they helped us find what we wanted and it was super clean and competitively priced. The whole process was very smooth. I recommend checking them out!

I recently purchased a beautiful Audi A4 from the,. This is the second car I have purchased from these guys. Dean is a stud and always works on making sure we are taken care of and the car is sold to us at a fair price. I will be a customer for life with these guys. Not to mention I test drove the car the night before, came back at 10AM and was out the door with the keys by 10:30.
