Tried calling with a couple of questions and was treated with hostility i was so confused because i called the right line the guy on the other end treated me sarcastically and sounded like he hated his job.

Don't try calling horrible.

Will I ever go to Transwest for parts again? No. Would I recommend them to a friend? Probably not. But the owner did do his best to help fix the concern. I bought a used motor with 147K miles on it for my 2004 Honda Civic. I payed $850 for a motor and then $800 to have it installed by a mechanic. The mechanic then reported to me that the motor they sold me was bad. There was little compression in 3 of the 4 cylinders. After many phone calls and being transfered to just about everyone at their shop, I was finally handed off to the owner, John. He was very kind about the situation and wanted to make it right. He did what he could and refunded me $400 for the motor. I ended up losing the other $450 for the motor and $800 on the install. That $1,250 as a newly wed college student was enough to convince me to never go to Transwest again. Hope this helps.

Overpriced and in a bad location. I needed a cheap button that's easily removable on a steering wheel, and they wanted to sell me the whole steering column for $150. I also can’t buy one tire; only a set of four.

I had a great experience working with them! I called, verified they had the part I needed, paid over the phone, and picked it up. It ended up being incompatible, but I don't blame them for that. BMW can have two cars of the exact same year, model, and features but with incompatible parts. When I told them, they happily exchanged it for the right part. I could not be more happy with the service that I received, and I will definitely be using them in the future!

Teresa was excellant on phone and in person. She's definitely a keeper. Knowledgeable, efficient,  and pleasant. She gets 5 stars. Oh, by the way we've never met and are not related,  or if we are... I wouldn't know. I don't even know her last name.
