From start to finish the people we met at Audi Wilmington were amazing. It's easy to tell that it's a family owned and operated business. Cliff worked tirelessly to find us the exact car we wanted and although he had solid backup plans, he was persistent in acquiring the EXACT car we wanted at an unbelievable price. Both Cliff and Tommy (the GM) are experts and are upfront. We NEVER felt like we were being 'sold' or duped. The communication was constant and appropriate. Simply put, Cliff is a rockstar. We would absolutely recommend him and this dealership and we will be coming back again! It's worth the drive even if you have a closer dealership to where you live. THANKS TO ALL AT AUDI WILMINGTON!!!

IMPRESSED!!! My aunt purchased a car over the weekend here and the entire experience was top notch. Anthony Williams was hands down the best sales adviser to work with. Extremely professional. Very friendly. Actually listed to the customer and worked well within the price range. Knowledgeable and quick! Truly seamless process. Pricing was beyond fair. Left the dealership without any worries or concerns (rare for a car purchase). Highly recommend Anthony, he will get you in and out without all the extra hassle! Will be back!!!

I have to say that Audi Wilmington was one of the best dealerships that I have encountered thus far. Not only was the atmosphere clean and sophisticated but the salesman that welcomed me was professional and very knowledgeable about the services for which he was able to provide for me. His name was Anthony Williams and it is certainly a name that I will not forget. Before walking into the Audi Wilmington dealership I was not knowledgeable nor informed about what car(s) would suit my lifestyle best. But with the help of Mr. Williams I now know what vehicle would be best for me and my family and am quite sure that I will end up with an Audi product. He deserves all of the kudos and has certainly gained a new customer. I will certainly be back and have already passed his name and contact information to many of my colleagues and family members:) Thank you Anthony Williams!!!!!!

This is my first Audi vehicle and the experience was great. When my husband and I walked into the showroom and started looking at the cars a sales person stopped us and told us someone would be with us shortly. This was true, within a few minutes, Cliff offered to help us and we spent the next 5 hours with him. He was very kind, he listened to what I was looking for, since I could not decide between a sedan or a SUV and he was patient with me and not pushy at all. Let me tell you, it was the coldest day of that week and he did not complain or indicate any frustration when I asked him to test drive different vehicles until I could make my decision. I was very impressed with his customer service he provided to us. Well, we purchased my vehicle that day and drove it home. This was a painless transaction from the start to the end. I have purchased may vehicles in my lifetime, this experience was by far the best. Thank you Cliff for everything you did for us, you made us feel very special throughout the entire process.

My mother's birthday was last week and she had been contemplating on getting a new car for a while. After doing some research, she finally made the decision that she could possibly want an Audi. Having Hondas for most of her life, she really needed a change and our sales person Anthony Williams completely helped my mother with solidifying this change. I mean wow! He was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, sharp, professional, HONEST, and easy to talk to. He really assisted my mother with finding a car that fit her perfectly! She won't stop talking about her new car and she won't stop talking about how amazing Anthony was. I'm getting a new car as a graduation gift to myself. I'll have to see what days Anthony is in! I strongly recommend going to him for your Audi needs!
