John was easy to work with during the Leasing process of our 2017 RX 350. We contacted John a few months prior to our current Lexus Lease expiration. John mentioned that we would be able to get into a new Lexus Lease in December "A December to Remember". John promised he would contact us in December which he did. This speaks volumes! Once he delivered our new Lexus, John went above and beyond and did a "personal delivery" of a couple of items that we had requested. We would purchase again from John at Koons Lexus of Wilmington. Leigh was amazing She took her time introducing herself to both of us and sharing her experiences. Again, great interaction with employees of Koons Lexus of Wilmington.

I took my Lexus in for service and walked out with an additional Lexus. I had no intention on purchasing a new car 2 weeks ago. We were introduced to Doug Horst and he was very responsive and easy to talk to. His laid back demeanor is what every salesman should have. No pressure. At the end of the long day (after closing), Corey Reed set/showed me how to use the features on the car. He was fantastic! Customer service at Koons is impeccable! Purchasing my first Lexus was a very pleasant experience. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. John Skehan was pleasant, very knowledgeable and a tremendous help. Drew did a great job reviewing the large array of technical equipment. I do plan to schedule another session with Drew after spending more time driving the Lexus and using the technical equipment. Koons was the right choice to buy my new car.

Very professional and personable when making such a big decision. Doug Horst and staff always made me feel comfortable and never under any obligation. When I finally made my purchase , it was the right one. Doug bent over backwards to make the transition go smoothly. A big Thank You to everyone and a special Thank You to Drew and Corey who were so patient while teaching me all the new technology my car now has! Worth taking the time to go there!

In recently purchasing my Lexus ES 350 from Koons Lexus of Wilmington, The delivery specialist Drew was extremely knowledgeable about the cars features, and was very professional and had exceptional customer service. Drew made the wrap up of purchasing the car very efficient, and was very pleasant to deal with. I look forward to purchasing another car from Lexus of Wilmington and to deal with such amazing employees like Drew.
