We can't thank the team at Winner enough. Our car had been severely damaged in an accident. We reached out to the dealership and they coordinated with the body shop. Winner managed to get the car in quickly, order the parts and repair it in less time than they said. They kept us informed of the status along the way and were extremely professional. We have purchased 2 Audi's from them and will definitely be back again!

This place was awesome fit us in even know we had no appointment was done and no time and we were on our way. Wonderful staff. Definitely will be back. Manager was awesome.
Service was efficient and my car was down in reasonable time. The service writer was very friendly and had a good sense of humor.

I spent time before going to get pre-approved for my loan. I knew the car I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. I know how much I wanted for my trade-in. Therefore we could just enjoy the purchase process. Jen was on-point on all of it. Didn't push too hard to upsell. Everyone else was also very appropriate. No hard sell for at any pint. Completion of paperwork took maybe 10 minutes. I buy a car there again.
Joe is great to work with. He really cares about the customer and is willing to go above and beyond for your needs. Highly recommended. Got great service today and I'm happy with the work done!
Great customer service. But they ordered a part for recall, & I haven't heard from them since.
