Augusta Health Staunton Medical Associates is fine as far as I can tell. Dr. Pitsilos is great. Susan Becker is great. It's a doctors office not a medical lab. As a doctor office, now owned by the monopoly of Augusta Health, there's some things they are restricted in doing. The people working there can't help that. I think they're helpful and interested in helping.

DO NOT go here!!! Terrible service and most unprofessional place I have been to. Wouldn't do lab for Diabetic patient who needed it for his Endicronologist appointment and instead said he had to make an appointment even though there was standing order to do lab work since he was diabetic. Going after that almighty $$$$$

My gynecologist referred me to Dr. Degen of this group and made two calls to the office, with no reply, in order to set up an appointment for me. I also called once and left a voice mail that was never returned. While the care may be great, I guess I'll never know, because the office staff does not return calls from doctors offices or patients-to-be.
