Let me start by saying the quality of the ingredients was good. I got a corn beef sandwich and it came with a lot of meat. Now for want I didn't like was the price, I got a corn beef sandwich, fries and a drink, I was shocked when the amount came out to be $17. I feel I could spend that kind of money at a quality sit down restaurant so while I thought the food was good, I think the prices are way to high for me to consider this as a regular lunch spot.

Placed online order, only to be picked up 45min later. When get home with the order, found out one the two 12' subs was a chicken salad sandwich. Called in and spoke to Adam who said come right back and they will remake the sandwich. The young girl at the counter hand no clue what way was up and couldn't help me. She summoned  someone else and I was greeted by a "red faced" angry manager who gave me attitude. I've been coming here for nearly 20yrs and today's experience was the worst ever. He offered a dessert that he threw in the bag. Thanks. Got back and they forgot to add the sprouts that I had paid for. Seriously! If you cannot handle the traffic and the $15 deli sandwich business get out. Horrible $17+ lunch

The BEST Italian beef sandwiches, AWESOME french fries( I'm picky about those) AMAZING Angus burgers. GREAT Staff. FUN atmosphere. Other excellent food I still plan to experience. Check out the menu. There's something for every palate. And don't forget the italian ice!

After many years, Augustinos has a new staff and it shows. Service is sub-par, the staff are very casual and put minimal energy into their work. It's okay if you have extra time to spend there but not recommended for quicker eats.

Burger was very tasty.  The person who brought our food was kind enough to return with a spoon for my wife's soup.  Regardless of the setting, the atmosphere was quite nice only because the people behind the counter were very nice.  I would return for another visit.
