Always check your order before leaving.  I bought chicken tenders through the drive thru and there was just a very thin line of dried chicken in them.  When I took them back the manager said he can't always watch his employees.  Another time i had to take it back because the bones actually were showing due to lack of meat.  So this is not an isolated occurrence

Had a DRIVE thru order placed 7:04PM was told pull around is a 3 MINUTE WAIT.. I️ said ok no problem... 3 minute turned to 20 minutes! Didn’t get my food until AFTER I walked in and asked about it ! Only to wait a more! Didn’t leave until 742! And was asked do I want a extra cookie for the wait???? IS THIS A JOKE???? A extra cookie HA! how about sorry for the wait I️ through some extra chicken in the bag or give me a coupon for wasting my money. I get home and my 40 min “DRIVE THRU” order was still wrong! I won’t be back!!

This place is always out of stuff. The staff makes you feel like shady stuff is going in inside. The wait time is in the double digits. Won't come back after this last time.

Dirty tables. No napkins even after I asked twice.  We bought a large bucket of chicken with three sides. They gave us four plates but no utensils, no napkins.  Their seating area is not setup for my friend in his wheel chair to easily sit at the table.  All the tables are set permanently into the floor.
