The Meat had very good flavor but most of it was very cold when we got it and we dined in. We got pulled pork, ribs, rib tips, and brisket and everything was cold besides the rib tips. They still had good flavor but it would of been better if was warm. The corn bread was okay a little dry but not bad. Coleslaw was average and so was the sweet corn. I probably wouldn't drive the 25 minutes it took to get here again. But if I was in the area I would eat here.

Extremely good BBQ. They have great sauces, really good food and I honestly want to eat here a couple times a week. It can get very busy at peak times so be prepared to wait if you go then. Love the bacon and burnt ends.

My fiance and I held an engagement party July 29, 2017 and had Steamboat cater pulled pork, chicken, and brisket as well as mac n cheese and corn. I worked hand in hand with John (the owner) many weeks leading up to the party. He was quick to respond on any questions I had and would give me an updated estimate anytime I had a change in our options. Last minute we decided to have the food delivered and ordered the wire racks and sternos (2 days before). They were EXTREMELY accommodating with this change. The food was delivered with hardly anyone even noticing and was hot and fresh. I had RAVING reviews of the food. People talked about it throughout the day and had many guests contact me days later to ask where I catered from. In short, Steamboat is fairly priced relative to other BBQ in the area and in my opinion tastes like that finger-licking Southern BBQ that people crave.

Solid Southern BBQ in the North. They offer St Louis style ribs, my favorite because it is a dry rub. Meat falls off with little effort. Good smoke flavor from the wood. The pit beans are thick with molasses, but not too sweet. The pulled pork is worth the trip. Tender, flavorful and abundant amounts of pork top a soft bun. Get there early as they will run out of items daily. If there was one bad thing to say, there spicy BBQ sauce is not that hot. I can live with that.

Great barbecue here. They were out of sausage so I got the brisket sandwich, which was delicious. The baked beans were tasty as well. Would definitely come back.
