Only have 3 stars because my kids love the cinnisticks and garlic bread. They force you to use the online ordering by not picking up the phone. I waited over 15 minutes to get through but by then i was already 5 minutes away and the food takes 20 minutes too be ready. They are lucky I love my kids and if they want The Hut they get it.

They should have kept this location open. Why are they constantly taking away places that you can sit down in? I understand the convenience of delivery and carryout but sometimes people may want to sit down in places and this should have definitely been kept an option. It's been relocated for 5 years now and although I like the new location I wish this old one was still up

If I could give this place 0 stars that would be what they deserve. Waited hours for pizza ended up having to go into the store to get a refund. Never again ordering from this place.

I placed an order almost 2 hours before I wanted to pick it up. Once I got to the store at the time I told them I was going to pick it up it wasn't ready.  I would have been fine waiting like 5 minutes for it, but it took 20 minutes to get my order done. I should have just walked in and ordered it. How do you not have the order ready. On top of that they seemed not to know where peoples orders were. It felt like they didn't start to make my order until I came in to pay, otherwise why did I have to wait so long. The staff was very unprofessional there. One kid had a bat that they were playing with, this is a business not play time. There were too many people "working" there, yet not much work being completed, I had to wait around for my food but was not comfortable there. The biggest upset was when we got home and ready to eat one of the pizzas wasn't even cooked all the way, you could see the individual shredded cheese pieces and it wasn't even hot. This was a horrible experience, and I used to like going to Pizza Hut because it is right by my house, but not anymore.

Went in to pick up our pizza today.  The staff was so unprofessional.  They were yelling and swearing at each other, about putting sauce in a F'ing bag.  Two of the employees were screaming and swearing, and one of them was threatening the other.  So not appropriate, glad I didn't bring in my 11 year old.
