Terrible. Went here yesterday and got a pedicure, they were rude. And my feet today look terrible.

I was very pleased with the pedicure I got at EZ Nails! They treated my feet like they were gold! Loved the massage with hot lotion, hot towels and lots of rubbing. Felt a bit like a session of reflexology! All my internal organs were singing! I will definitely go back!

Wow, these people really don't get "customer satisfaction".  The gal that did my pedicure said she was the manager and was so horribly  rude that I don't think I would like to return.  My first experience was satisfactory so I returned, but this time......I don't think so.  She kept a scowl on her  face the entire time, when asked if she could work on my heels more because she seemed to have missed the very back on both heels, she simiply said "No" and whipped out some cuticle cutters and said she could cut out the crack in the back of both of my heels.  If she couldn't scrub my heels anymore, what the heck makes her think I would want her cutting anything on my feet!!!  Geez, watch out for this one....not only rude but bordering on illegal!  If she is truly the manager, she needs to be fired and the need for a good manager is evident!!!
