Story

During their first careers in the US Navy, Aurora and James visited ports of call all over the world. Their first priority upon reaching land was to track down a great cup of coffee. Now, they’re bringing that enthusiasm and first-hand experience to Aurora Coffee Co.: cup after cup of the best coffee the world has to offer. Brewed fresh for you in Marion, Iowa.

I come to this lovely coffee shop often. I love the classy atmosphere and the delicious coffee. The costumer service is great. The treats are really delicious. The price is amazing as well. A definite win win in my book.

Was definitely not a fan of the new little shop at the mall. The staff acts like it's a chore to serve you, and treat you like you're stupid. I asked for my coffee lukewarm and they served it to me BOILING. I couldn't drink it for two hours. Then, I asked for some coffee cake and they didn't bother to tell me they were out of forks until after I had paid for it. I decided to give it another chance. Yet again I was disappointed. I asked for a caramel iced coffee, and she asked if I wanted room for cream. I said yes, and then she decides to dump half of the coffee out and fill it with cream herself. Her response: "the last person made a mess and I don't want to clean it up". Will not be going back, that's for sure!

One of my absolute favorite places to go for coffee in town. They give all teachers a discount and they are always extremely nice and friendly. I have never ever had a bad experience.

Aurora's is a super cute place . There's great coffee, an amazing chocolate chip bar, and four berry smoothie! It's locally owned. The staff is great and very funny. Definitely recommend!

I love this place.  I go out of my way to come and get coffee here.  Friendly staff, excellent service!  I love the fact that they acknowledge current military and veterans as well as teachers!
