Im not sure how they have worst reviews then Lindale, besides the fact that everyone is always very friendly, they have the best tasting drinks, taking pride in the work they do. This from a almost daily customer at this specific location. Great job guys!

I received my free birthday drink as my birthday was yesterday and decided to do it this morning. I live on the other side of town and got it before school, and ordered it to the wrong Starbucks. when I realized it was never going to show up, I asked a barista if she could make it again for me, and she did it with ease and truly saved my morning!!! thank you Emma(I think that was her name) for making my drink within 2 minutes with no complaints. Always love this Starbucks, thank you!!

Ordered an iced coffee for a quick beverage. There were 4 people ahead of me. One of the two staff made the coffee and set it on the counter for 5 minutes while talking to their coworker. They were complaining to each other about their jobs and in no rush to service the customers.
