Nelson, the manager is very accommodating and he and his staff is very courteous. My experience with them for all my cars that I brought to them for repairs is excellent. Price is reasonable and if you are an AAA member, there is also a discount on the fees. That is why I am trying to get other members of my family to try them if they have auto repairs to be done. And they are just a couple miles away from me which makes it convenient for me. I recommend them, so  try them and you will be satisfied with their service.

Took my car in the other week to Austin's Auto in Bethlehem. Really great service (and price) and always called to keep me up to date on the process of my repairs. They also pointed out some issues that I was not originally aware of but needed to be taken care of. I would definitely recommend taking your car here!

I love this place. The rates are incredibly reasonable and they do fantastic work. I've gotten everything from routine oil change, inspection, tires to minor to major mechanical work like removing back seats (to accommodate my dog) to the whole overhaul on my brakes system. If they find anything that comes up outside the scope of why you brought your car in, they will always explain the work and the rates before they do anything extra. The owner/manager makes an effort to remember his customers and make them feel welcomed and appreciated. It's rare nowadays to see a business like this: one that actually loves its customers. 

Also, they've renovated recently and the lobby/waiting area is so comfortable. I've been coming here for years and I've recommended this place to all my friends and family and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I can honestly say that this is hands down the BEST auto mechanic I have ever been to in my life!!! I trust all my vehicles here including my new BMW. In addition to the quality service with a deep attention to detail, you can tell that Nelson takes pride in his business and commands a deep respect from his mechanics and employees, so much so that it shows in their workmanship. I whole heartedly appreciate everything Nelson has done for me and my vehicles, and I highly recommend his business over any dealership service. Thank you to you and you team!!!

We got our vibe serviced here.  When we got back in it was clear that someone had smoked in the car.  That is so unprofessional and disappointing.  We are nonsmokers and our baby shouldn't have to breathe that air.
