The car I wanted to test drive was being driven by one of the workers for 5 days. I had to work around his schedule to test drive when he was available. Had to catch him there, while he was racking up miles on the car I knew I wanted to purchase.The sales girl from Hawaii was amazing very knowledgeable and personable willing to go above and beyond she also talked and played with my kids while we were busy with paper work.

Just wanted to say how happy I am with my experience with Autex Mazda. Donald Class is beyond fantastic to work with for your car buying needs. Donald had such a great way of giving you a no pressure experience when buying your car...  definitely worth our trip from 3 hours away. I would do it again in a minute thanks again.

They were very helpful helping me find a car which matched what I was looking for.  Both the features I wanted and within the price range I wanted to stay within.  I noticed a minor issue during the test drive and they resolved if before we'd finished the paperwork.  Between myself and my immediate family this is the fourth vehicle we've purchased from them.  I'll be back again when it comes time for a fifth car purchase.

I would highly recommend doing business with Autex Mazda of Keene. Donald made the process enjoyable; it was as if we met as strangers but left as friends! Everyone was very accommodating to our needs. Thank you!

I called to return my lease and the woman I spoke with on the phone was horrible.  I asked how this all works since I've never had a lease before.  When I asked if I could schedule a 1/2 hr time frame the response was "I'm a salesperson, it's not like all I do is lease returns".  Probably the least appropriate customer service response you could give.  I'm pretty sure they have more than one salesperson working at a time, if she was busy I could have been handed off to someone else.  Me returning my car seemed like such a hassle to her I cancelled the appointment.  I don't want to be treated this way and it reflects poorly on the dealership.
