I recently attempted to rent a utility trailer from the 199 Marlboro St. location in Keene.  I did not end up renting the utility trailer due to the rudeness of the manager on duty, Jeff.  It amazes me that they would have a rude and condescending person in a position of leadership.  I have lodged a complaint, but wanted to provide this feedback to the community as this may not be a great experience if you choose to give them your business.  Jeff needs to train in customer service as this part of his on-boarding appears to have been overlooked.

While I managed to get the trailer I needed that day, the staff was rude, unprofessional and seemed like it was a huge inconvenience  to do their job. The employee I dealt with had an immediate attitude when I came in to tell him I was there to pick up, and only gave short irritable answers when I asked questions. Additionally, I don't much appreciate being talked down to.

They are as helpful as you would assume U-Haul employees would be. The prices are what they are.

Just as the other reviews confirm, this was the worst U-Haul experiences of my life. The manager was completely rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. From the moment I walked in, he behaved like a total jerk. He went out of his way to be mean. The staff seemed just as terrible. Plus, the place is a total wreck inside and out. The manager smelled like urin and his uniform was a mess. This is one of the worst businesses I've ever encountered. Unless you like being insulted--stay away.
