Revised ; I chose this place because of their good reviews.  My experience was not a favorable one. I had to make several trips back and forth because of wrong parts being used, in addition to being installed improperly. Poor management.

Update - I was contacted a couple months later by a representative who wad concerned about my experience and actually listened to the issues I had with Auto Craft. This was actually quite impressive in my opinion.

Amazing customer service! I will use them again in the future for sure! Kellie Cooper helped me with all of my car rental needs while my vehicle was being repaired and made sure I was happy with everything before I left! Thanks again Kellie!

Auto Craft went above and beyond for me after I was hit from behind. The car looks better than it did when I bought it. I would highly recommend Auto Craft for anyone who needs some work done.

From the time I walked into Auto Craft it felt like I was home. Kelly has the best person to have up front, she makes you feel so special. Brian the repair process manager was so great. I will never go anywhere else for my repairs in the future. They are the best.

It was a great experience, I was offered free drinks and tv until I left after getting a free estimate, they saw damage i didn't see and got a low cost that I could afford even if I didn't have insurance.
