I just had my truck worked on Thursday Dec 21, 2017. Pick it up Friday Dec 22, 2017. I had two ball joints replaced (upper and lower) and an alignment done. While driving my car the day I pick it up I had loud pops coming out of the front end. I didn't have this problem when I took it in to be worked on. I only replaced the ball joints because they said they needed replaced. The upper ball joint they replaced looked like it was moving like it hadn't been tighten up completely. Today Dec 26, 2017 I took my truck back in and told them about the load popping noises that I heard. They called back and told me that other two ball joints where bad and that was where the popping sound was coming from. I ask them why the mechanic didn't find them bad while replacing to other ball joints and doing the alignment. They called me this afternoon (Dec 26) and said my truck was ready and fixed. This morning (Dec 27) they called me before I could get there to pickup my truck and said that the steering gear was bad and that it needed replaced. I had all four ball joints, one tie rod, and an alignment done in late Aug 2014. The labor rate then for everything but the alignment was $399.00. Now in Dec 2017 labor for two ball joints was $395.00. It's crazy that labor rates more then doubled in 3 years. The parts (ball joints) have a life time warranty, but they tried to charge me for parts again until I told them that the part are under warranty. I have sent friend's and family to same day in the past. But now I will be looking for another shop to have my work done at and will tell my friends and family to go somewhere else. Another issue I have is that when me and my son have dropped our cars off with the early bird drop off, we had checked the box stating we wanted our old parts back. When we picked up our vehicles and found that our parts weren't in our vehicles and went back in and ask for them, the parts had already made it out to the dumpster. It was like oh well your S.O.L. Automotive service now days isn't like it was when I worked at Goodyear and Pep Boys.

This place is the best. I'm now out of state but still find my way here to work with Joey Harris and his fantastic team. The most important factors in any great vehicle repair place is that they're reliable, honest, and trustworthy; all things Same Day Auto Repair in Sand Springs has in spades. Quick and friendly. Nice waiting area. Knowledgeable staff. We buy all our tires here for all 4 of our vehicles. Great tires. Great warranty. I recommend getting warranty.

Outstanding customer service,  great warranty coverage. They have stood up for every part of the lifetime warranty on the transmission ive gotten through them. Had it replaced twice and repaired once, and they taken care of everything! I will definitely be having them take care  of every car problem i have. I highly recommend them!!
