Had a little hiccup with our vehicle but Billy really went the extra mile to take care of us and make sure we were happy. Will definitely be returning.

I took my Acadia there thinking I had a wheel out of balance. They said I have a shudder in the transmission, and they could change my transmission fluid and add an anti shudder additive for about $300. They also said I need carbon deposits in my cylinders cleaned for about another $300. The transmission was under warranty so I took it to the dealer. My torque converter, some clutches, and sprocket in the transmission were bad. They didn't say anything about my cylinders. Same Day would've been a total waste of money. However, they didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis.

I paid almost $2000 3 years ago for lifetime ac replacement on Honda Accord, and after ac stopped working same day auto will not honor their warranty. Don't trust these people with your vehicle.
