I have started using this shop since moved into the area 7 months ago.  They have done a great job with my Honda Accord.  I like that they are a AAA rated shop.  I have found that they are price competitive when I do shop around.  They listen my issues, which I think leads to a better diagnosis.  It's a great shop for women to have in their contact list.  As a plus, you can also sign up for towing opportunities if you use this shop consistently.  Just ask them about this after your first job is completed.

I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Great service, fast service, and reasonable prices. Been trusting them with both my cars for a couple years now. Frankie was awesome!

I brought my car in for a alignment. They told me they had to replace the struts or it wouldn't work. So I gave them permission. Once they were under there they found a pvc boot or something else that needed replaced. While talking to him he said that the tires had a lot of life left but they would wear out if i didn't get the proper repairs. So I went ahead and shelled out over $1300 and let him do what he wanted. About two weeks later my wife complained that the car was pulling to the left. I took it back to them and they test drove it. Now the problem is supposed to be the tires. I  don't know what they did but when I left the car was pulling to the right. I then went and got a new set of tires (somewhere else). The car still pulled to the right a little bit. So we brought it back again. They kept it for a few hours. After I picked it up the second time it still pulled to the right. They did not charge me for the second or third visits but they didn't fix anything either. Other places are cheaper and do better work.

Update: The owner of this store called me personally. He explained that what they did was swap out the two front tires which was why the pull changed sides.  It also proved that the problem was the tires. The tech that aligned the car then dropped the ball after we got new tires and didn't realign it properly. He offered me a generous discount and free oil changes for life. The owner really did everything in his power to make it right. I could tell that he was sincere and truly wanted to earn my business again. I will give them another shot.

This my place that anytime something is wrong with your car, it gets fixed same day. And as a woman, i trust the men that work there. Frankie is in charge and will make sure you are well taken care of. My family and friends go there.

Thank you sooo much!!! 😁 I just got my car repaired today. I will always go here from now on with any issues that I have with my car. From start to finish, Frankie, the assistant manager, took care of me. In an extremely timely manner, I got my car towed, an estimate, and repair. And I will recommend this shop to everyone who says they need work done on their car!
