I love Auto ER! Ray and Simone are honest and hard-working and they truly care about your car and your welfare. I can't begin to explain what a relief it is to know that my car and my pocketbook are in safe hands. Simone is an excellent communicator, and Ray is super knowledgeable about cars. They also can help you to buy a good car by checking it out first, and Simone taught me the art of negotiating the deal. She also recommended when to make a repair as she has inside knowledge about when parts go on sale. Who else would go the extra mile (pun intended) to do this for their customers?! Thank you, Ray and Simone!

If it's not broke, don't fix it. If you have to fix it then take it here. Fair, honest and busy which means I am not alone in that opinion. Give them a chance and you will not need another mechanic ever again (period).

Mechanics like Ray is so hard to find. Honest and no BS. Keep my Prius running smooth over 200K miles without ripoff.
