Even though their body work is extremely  good their customer service skills are pretty bad. No customer should be yelled at and treated so poorly. Customers should have a pleasant experience. If you deal with Miguel, that is pretty much impossible.

Rose, thank you! I spoke with Chris, great guy, very professional. He came up with a very simple solution. He was very polite to me and that is very important to me. I really appreciate your concern in this matter. I do customer service in my job and I know how important it is for a customer to feel well appreciated.

Simply came in for an honest estimate for damages to my car and I was very happy with the attention they gave me. The receptionist Karina was friendly and very kind to find someone to write my estimate. I will most definitely come back for the repairs. Can't wait to see my car as good as new!!

Had my vehicle from 10/23 to 12/8, spoke with more than a dozen times and even stopped by to make sure things were going accordingly. Today I was informed they didn’t receive payment from insurance. I had to pay to take the vehicle. It’s not my job to make sure you’re  paid when you don’t mention it. Paid my deductible 11/27 and still no one mentioned insurance hadn’t  paid. Do your own job please. Even if it’s a job done well, this payment issue nullified that. I’d actually give a zero. Take responsibility for all facets of your company. Tell people when you’re having an issue. Don’t just say ok to end the conversation.

Top notch service!  I have had the same car serviced here within the last year due to accidents not caused by me.  Each time I have received my Toyota back it looks almost brand new.  The repairs to the body are undetectable.  I highly recommend Miguel and his team.  The service was fast and friendly.  I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else and if the need should arise, I'll be back.
