Auto Works has great customer service. I blew two tires and damaged a rim, and they worked to get me a good deal on a replacement rim and replacements for all of my worn-out tires while checking with me and keeping me updated during the entire process, which I appreciate immensely. They also followed up with me after I retrieved the vehicle to make sure I was satisfied. Anyone looking to save money on repairs can trust Auto Works to be helpful and communicative!

First time using Auto Works. Highly recommended on the Nextdoor Neighborhood Network. AAA approved. The best part was that they quoted a price for major A/C repair and said I would not pay more, taxes figured in, no hidden charges, the total will be no more. They were true to their word. Very refreshing to not be surprised by a bill higher than expected.

Here's a benefit of working with someone you know and trust. I had bought an Auto Works punch card (a good deal by the way), back in November. I needed my oil changed and couldn't find my card anywhere. I called Wayne and he was able to look up the purchase and actually gave me a new card. Other big/national shops would probably have told me that since I lost it, I was out of luck. Thanks, Wayne and Auto Works!

Great place! Always help me out with my car problems! Friendly and knowledgeable staff.Tom is always helpful and explains exactly what is going on with my car repairs. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Wayne and his team are awesome. They do a great job, honest work, and work hard to get you in and out. They also offer a vehicle to use while getting your vehicle serviced - this is HUGE!!! Thank you for another great job servicing my van.
