I had a problem with the cleanliness of the inside after I had paid for the full service -- I went back to stage my frustration after paying almost $30 and they were VERY friendly and apologetic. They re washed my car for me no questions asked..no charge.. and took care of my frustration. It's reasons like this that I will continue to come back.

Clean Car Guarantee does not apply at this location with the Managers Special and complaints. Not even an apology.

I went there Friday about 6:00PM. No line , no rush. I was worn out from moving to a new house. Bought the $27.00+ wash job. When I picked my Expedition, I gave the guy a $10.00 tip. I really did not look at the interior until this morning. The cleanup job was below any standard. I have third row seating, the attendants did not vacuum under the seats that flip forward to allow third  row access and the rear area was not cleaned and vacuumed properly either. Probably the last time I will have my car cleaned there because I don't appreciate being shafted. What is wrong with businesses today, they don't seem to care nor do they have a protocol to make sure that their employees are doing a good job.

I got a full service wash..exterior was done alright..interior didn't hardly appear to be touched.windows were not touched.i knew not to get my hopes up after young man said my truck was ready after 3 minutes of pulling out of the wash.

Boy they really have a way to make a new customer come back. I tried the 4.00 ride thru and was made to stay in my car I couldn't go inside and then when I got my towel to wipe my front windshield they told to leave the property that I wasn't allowed to do that??? What is wrong with you people that sure was a great way to lose a new customer. Thanks for nothing!!!
