I went here today and got the managers special. It was horrible. The windows have a collection of fuzz on them. My interior looks like it was wiped down with a wet cloth. Doesnt look clean at all. Cup holders werent even wiped out, they did not vacuum under seats. I could go on but its not worth it. I will not return here. This was my first and last time. No fragrance...I took pictures for proof if needed. What a waste of money.

Don’t go to this location. The worst car cleaning experience of my life. I bought the Manager’s special package which suppose to include everything from exterior to interior. So after sitting for five minutes the guy comes and tell me the car has been cleaned. I walk back to the car. The dust and crums were still on the mats and seats. Dashboard and steering area was still dusty. When I asked the guy why he hadn’t cleaned it he said it doesn’t include the seats cleaning of the mats. I told him I bought the Managers special why wouldn’t you provide the service to level I have paid for. To which he responded by saying “yeah it’s expensive”. I had to guide him to clean each and every dusty area. There were still some areas overlooked. They basically wiped it with a wet cloth. Also forgot to put the fragrance, had to remind him. Very very disappointed from the service, if you guys want to save your money, don’t go to this place. Save your money. Edit: I called their customer service, explained what happend. Their manager called back and offered the service again which I accepted. I would  still never go them since they do much. Just wash the car from outside and wipe it from inside. I have changed the rating from 1 to 2.

Not worth it. Over priced. Look at this napkin... the cup holder was still dirty. I had to go home and finish cleaning it. There was sap residue left all over the passenger side of the hood. 

One of the employees told me that what they use is only for removing dead bugs and light tar and suggested I go purchase a product and clean it myself. If I had wanted to clean it myself, I wouldn't have paid almost $30 to have them do it. 

I did go purchase a bug, tar and sap cleaner and wipe it off myself without much trouble. So in the end, I paid them almost $30 + a tip so that I could go spend another $20 getting the supplies to go home and use my own water and labor.

They did good work fast. I have a very hairy dog that sheds non stop so they did a great job dealing with all the dog hair. However they seem to always miss one thing- like the windows, or the dash when it's always included with what I get.
