This place is not worthy. If you don't live your car and money then go there. Bunch of kids run this place and not professional. Lucky me atleast the car was washed by machine. Other than that nothing done. I paid money for their premium service what anyone get just car wash by machine. You could get same with half price by other place.

As a "car nut" and a gearhead, I was quite impressed with my first wash and pleasantly surprised to find that it includes 1 extra, freebie exterior wash within 7 days. 
My freebie wash 7 days later was a different story. I have a black car and it was 2pm in the NC sunshine. The kid who dried my car dried the hood, last. He had a dirty towel from the jams and rockers which left streaks all over the black hood. He also got tire dressing over spray on all 4 corners. When I explained this, I don't think he understood that I was essentially telling him my car was now dirty again.o was so distracted in the explanation that I forgot about the hood until I returned home. 
He was a kid, I think he was new and he was working alone. My Premium wash was great and my car was a mess, so had it not been for the second visit, it may have been 5 stars. I will revisit this again in a few months when I have some better history with them.

The outside of my vehicle below the windows was nicely done. The crew ignored the roof which was not cleaned at all. Make sure you check the work done to your car.

This was the worst experience ever going to Pro Shine Car Wash. I stopped here because it was convenient for me to get my car washed before getting on the highway. Big MISTAKE. Well let me first start by saying the customer service is very poor. I like to think when pulling into a car wash there is someone to  greet you so they can get started on washing your car. I sat in my car for almost 30min. then finally I got out to ask the worker vacuuming out a cars to help me. After my car came out the washer I notice some of the worker doing something to my windshield wiper. The guy Allen told me from experience  he should have never touched my wipers. The left wiper was broken. They claim it just fell off. I would have never let my car through the washer if something was wrong with my wiper. The lady Brooklyn came over to assist Allen with trying to get my windshield wiper to latch back on. I pushed the issue that it wasn't nothing wrong with my wiper before I came there and it was working perfectly fine when it  was raining earlier. They wrote up a statement regarding the incident.  I asked to speak with the owner. At first they would not give me his number. A guy name Kyle called me back and told me it had to be broke before I came or something was already wrong with it. I told him I never had issues like this before going to other car wash facilities. Kyle responded back "maybe they broke your wind shield wiper". He was very rude. He then stated he would need to see my wiper and would make a decision if he think the damages will be covered by Pro Shine . I provided him with my contact information. He told me that he would call me and set up a time for me to bring my car back the next following week. The owner Kyle never called me. Needless to say it later rain and the windshield wiper came back off. I had to replace my wiper and arm due to the car is foreign. I wish that I never stopped here. First and last time. If you have a nice car and know to replace anything you are going to pay $$$ don't risk going to a place like  Pro Shine Car Wash. They will not honor you or your vehicle if it is damaged.
