Why do we continue to pay Autobell to wash our cars knowing there is a high chance of disappointment. Well... once again we pull $27 of hard earned money to watch folks not earn it. Had to ask for rags to finish the sloppy work while the service person and 4 managers carry-on a conversation with eachother. The managers were more worried about having the staff flag potential customers down then taking care of paying customers. I wish I had the money to start a car wash so I could crush Autobell. Autobell troll... save your typical response.

My first visit to AutoBell. I will never take my car again. I did walk around my car after they finished with a quick look. Drove off and when the sun hit my windshield awful job on the windows my husband couldn’t believe the windows had lint all over. The outside covered in lint and wheels poor job looked awful. Oh and did they vacuum well a poor job. I paid $40 manager special and rain guard on front window for a poor and awful job. I will never bring my car here again. I was told to go to another AutoBell outside Statesville. I should have listened. I could not come back to complaint I was on way out of town. You need those lint free towels duh and workers need to slow down and pay attention.

The only game in town. Usually pretty good, though a bit expensive. They miss things sometimes like sideview mirrors and cup holders - which they definitely should get for the price you pay.

This place the people were nice but their work was horrible. I paid for the mangers special and it didn’t look any different as is I would have paid $4 and drive through other than the tire shine. They did a pitiful job vacuuming the front and looks looks like they didn’t touch the back! Wheels were still pretty dirty when I left had to go home and detail the truck myself after I paid $30 to have them do it. That was my first experience and definitely my LAST!!

Paid premium price and had to ask to vacuum a second time. It was obvious the job was done poorly. Not like my car was filthy.
