They were super fast, reasonably priced and had great service. I came in at Friday at 1pm with a few problems and was able to pick my car up by 5pm that night. They had parts on hand and were extremely prompt in keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle. I was recommended to come here by multiple freinds and my expectations were exceeded. Mark was extremely friendly and super helpful.

Autometrics is definitely the most technologically advanced shop I've ever worked with. They send you photos/videos of all the diagnosed problems with your vehicle and they have superb communication via email/text/calls. Everyone I interacted with from the owner Brian, to Kristy, Mark, Chris, etc were all some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They went to bat for me with my stubborn warranty company and took all that stress away from me. And on top of all that, their work is guaranteed for up to two years after it is completed. They are a superb and well respected business. If you want your vehicle fixed right by a high end shop, take it to these guys. You'll be in the best hands.

So helped take my brothers car to this place and they said it would be checked within 24 hours. ranged for $60 to $220 just to look at it depends how long they take. Which is fine then the next day we call around the same time we took the car in and they still haven't looked at it. Didn't bother me till 4 hours later the charged $220 when they barely looked at it for an hour. amazes me how shops like this stay in business. don't waste your time take it somewhere else

So I wanna say when I brought my car in to this shop I was impressed with how the building was kept up. I received a report that was easy to read on what was wrong with my car. There was a misunderstanding on what was supposed to be looked at after I picked up my car an they were more then happy to accommodate those things to help have a better experience with there shop. This is a shop that takes pride in there customer service to make sure everyone has a great experience. Thank you for Helping.
