I regularly had my car serviced here. While I was nearby a warning light came on and I stopped by the shop to ask if they could check it out. I was worried that there may be a serious risk. It's a simple matter to run a quick computer check. I won't ever use them again.

Clean shop, well organized, friendly people, pricy. They replaced leaky high pressure power steering hose, but failed to diagnose leaky and dripping radiator.

My check engine light came on while I was on the freeway.  I brought it into Automotive Instincts as they were close to my location.  The tech checked my car quickly and diagnosed it as a water pump on my hybrid engine.  They gave a me a fair price and quick service.  They had my car back on the road in no time.  It's great to find an honest reputable shop these days.

I have been going to A.I. for over 18 years. We have sent all cars to them. 
In one word HONESTY is what comes to mind.
SATISFACTION is the next word that I like to use in their name. They do great work!
