I will give 5 stars to the service dept. Brandon,Johnny,Matt stepped up to take care of the situation i had with my 6 month old purchase.instead of giving me the run around like the "Sales" guy did these guys said "how can we fix this" instead of "their is nothing we can do"not exactly words of encouragement. But the service dept, took care of it! Thanks guys! Well I went back to get my oil changed and they fixed another issue I had on my Sonata ..I am telling you Brandon and his team do keep their word "Lets fix the issue and get it done"Right on guys just get it done! Once again THANKS ....

Updates sent to my phone. Bottle of water in car when I got back in. Arman was very helpful. Time in shop quoted by Arman was accurate. Best service since I have been coming to Keyes.

I was a little annoyed that I have to come back a second time to get a second key remade (they could have told me that when I made the appointment so I could have done both at once...I live in Santa Monica). BUT, everyone was super nice and you totally fixed my emergency break and I didn't have to pay for it! The real reason was you guys also washed my car which was an amazing touch. I was literally going to take it to the wash right after but now I didn't have to. Really appreciate the little stuff like that, makes me a customer for life type of thing.

Excellent service. 
My car had few repair to be done.  They were able to pin point all the issue I had and repair them. They got me into a loaner for the period of my repair. When i got my car back it clean and ready to go with no problem . THANKS TO BRANDON, ANNIE and CARLOS for their service.

Fantastic prices and Service. Management Tim  was gracious and gave me all I wanted on my trade and great price on my NEW Vehicle.  Sales staff knowledgable and didnt play games which I appreciate. They are straight shooters. Will recommend and return this fall for my husband's vehicle when lease is up.
