I was taking my time to write this review. It was supposed to be less than one star review but after management heard and immediately took action on the mistakes, it was only fair to give them 5 stars. My initial experience was so poor that I was keen on never coming back for maintenance or getting another high end car again. And i love my car. I took my car for maintenance but ended up with multiple issues that needed attention. That being said the way things were initially handled was abysmal but i gave them the Benefit of the doubt. I complained but no one heard. It was not until after i filled in the survey on the experience that I got the call the next day to rectify and get to the bottom of the issue. I was surprised what anyone actually read the survey. I work in a service industry and I know how important customer satisfaction is. The new management under Mr Kham was amazing and above and beyond my expectations in taking care of things and allowing me to want to return to there in the future. Thank you for hearing me and making me a satisfied customer again.

We bought our Porshe in there Dealer, and everything is fantastic, and the Maintenance of the vehicle is great. the service is great the people their is very attended.

The worst customer service ever! It's been over a month since I purchased my Porsche and the rep lost my second key and still has not send me the key. I've contacted him like 6 times now and still no key. Can't believe the low level of service from a luxury dealer. Worst than a used car dealership!

reading some of these negative reviews i felt compelled to chime in.  First:  anybody who knows these cars (Ferrari's, Maserati's, ... Italian sports cars), knows that they can be a maintenance nightmare.  They are not cheap to buy, nor to maintain. My Maserati has been the car with the most maintenance issues i've ever had (i bought it brand new - the issues started after about a year).  I have been a customer of this service department for 4 years (since they were based in Canoga on Deering Ct).  I have taken my car in there probably 7 or 8 times for various things in those years.  Every time, they fix the problem, and it has never come back.  Usually, . . . another problem pops up in 6 months or so, but that's because IT'S AN ITALIAN SPORTS CAR -- they are notoriously finicky.  I'm not saying anybody's rating on here is false or a made-up claim. . . . . but. . . . . you have to know what you're getting into when you spend 6 figures on a sports car - you're gonna be paying up the whazoo for maintenance too, this is just common knowledge (they even told me this before i bought the car at Auto Gallery in Calabasas).  In conclusion, the staff here has always been professional, personable and gone above and beyond for me.  I've been through 2 different "service reps" and they were both very knowledgeable guys with good insight into these cars and the problems they have, who educated me on some of the most common problems and how to avoid them.  The other staff members (reception, payment department, etc) are always extremely nice on the phone and in person as well.  5 stars for customer service, 5 stars for the maintenance department, and 2 stars for Ferraris and Maseratis for being a pain in the butt to maintain.  But don't take your frustration out on the service dept.  I give them an A.
