I had a great experience buying a car from Maserati Woodland Hills. Let me start back by saying I hate buying cars. I don't like being pressured into buying such an expensive asset. Richard was the salesman and there was absolutely no pressure. He took the time to explain the vehicle. I left and came back later after thinking it over and deciding to purchase. Everyone in the office was very helpful. I highly recommend this dealership and Richard as salesman.

i got the car i wanted with the help from Michael A Fruchtman. He was very helpful and gets a 5\5 star rating from me. will definitely be recommending him

My worst experience with Woodland Hills Maserati Sadly came across with a non professional team at Woodland Hills Maserati, sales rep Mr. Keven who was really into helping to sale the care, to secure that the care that I was interested in not to be sold to another party pushed to come up with sort of down payment to hold the car and requested credit card info as a down payment to hold the vehicle until it was approved by finance companies. After 4-5 days of going back and forth the sales rep is sending a text stating sorry the care you were interested in has been SOLD last night. I spoke with finance manager, who stated "Oh don't worry we are still waiting for the approval of your loan through a Credit Union, they require more information" my response was all necessary documents were sent via e-mail to the sales rep the moment he requested it, and it was his job to submit requested documents to the bank; Now you can see how unorganized are the entire team that instate of informing the bank that the deal is off since the vehicle was SOLD to another party they still asking me to submit documents that has already been submitted. Now you be a judge of what kind of service is Woodland Hills Maserati providing.

I PURCHASE A LOT OF CARS BUT THIS EXPERIENCE AT WOODLAND HILLS MASERATI AND MY SALESPERSON KEVIN SOUFI WAS EXCEPTIONAL.
