A few things. Brought my truck to Automotive Unlimited. At first it seemed the mechanics were knowledgable and understood what was going on. They talked me through the process and seemed competent. They said they would finish my truck within a few days, but a few days turned into a few weeks. I spoke with the owner and he just blamed his mechanic for not being able to get to the truck for a reason I will keep disclosed. Why is it my problem that your mechanic can't fix my truck on time? This is your business and I am a paying customer. After three weeks, they finally finished the work on my truck, or so I thought. Everything was running well up until one week after I had the truck. I was driving and a valve seal blew, losing all my compression. Easy fix. But this isn't the worst part. I went to fix the valve and noticed that there were two wrenches still in my engine! one still connected to a nut and another one just hanging out under my turbo on the engine block. I am extremely disappointed with the service, workmanship, and results of the work. I will be going back to Automotive Unlimited to get my money back and take my truck to a certified mechanic. MY EXPERIENCE WAS A JOKE!

Friendly folks, willing to help! My daughter is a student at UW. Jerrold helped immediately and saved the day. Even dropped her off and picked her up. The price was right and the wait was short.  Thank you.

I had to travel from Laramie back to Oklahoma City, but my truck has making terrible internal engine noise. The Dodge dealer in Laramie diagnosed it (at substantial cost) as the timing chain. The dealer wanted ~$3,000 to repair it.

I took it to Jerod at Automotive Unlimited and got the timing chain replaced for less than half that, including a new water pump. It was a breeze.

I made it back to Oklahoma City thanks to him.

I strongly recommend going to Automotive Unlimited for any vehicle issues. I'm returning to Laramie this month, and if any new problems come up, then I'm going straight there.
