Meineke Car Care Center has been America’s local auto repair shop since 1972. Starting out as a muffler shop we have expanded to a full service car repair shop that performs services from car ac repair to exhaust repair to tire changes at our tire shop. Arrived in Cheyenne with a tire going flat. Heard on a local radio station an ad for "a knight in shining armor" and headed right over. Turned out to be not Sir Ulrich but rather Count Adhemar!! They wanted me to wait 6 to 8 hours!!  I left. So, I stopped again and filled my tire with air. A nice fellow told me about the local Meineke. Of course I got turned around and had to get air again. Upon arrival at Meineke I was warmly greeted. They were busy but squeezed me in! Steve? and Paul? were so impressed that I didn't ride on the rim - they didn't charge for the repair. I now live in Cheyenne and Meineke on Dell Range is my go-to garage. The crew there is great - congenial, fair, honest, caring and very good at their job. From routine oil changes to my new brakes I couldn't be happier.  5 stars! Eileen K - Cheyenne, WY

The employees at Meineke always go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They're always professional and polite, even when I call last minute for an appointment at the end of the day. I wouldn't consider any other facilities in town for an oil change!

I had a problem with my washer fluid sprayers. One of the mechanics, Mike, took a look at it right away, assessed and diagnosed it on the spot, and got us out the door in about ten minutes. I would have happily paid for the service, but he insisted on it being gratis. We're very appreciative, and will definitely be back for other service needs.

I have been to Meineke several times, and every single time I receive excellent customer service. Wait times are not exaggerated. The cost is honest and upfront. And every problem had been fixed. Steven is a great communicator, and I used to work with Mike. I trust their work. I suggest you do the same. Literally never had a problem with these guys!
