The last service was a total of three visits.

First, I waited three hours after registering, but I asked the staff because there was nothing to say. Then the employee said, "The employee who was in charge of you left 30 minutes ago, and the technician who fixed your car left two hours ago." .......So I just came home.

On the second visit, They did not do anything on my first visit, so They have now found out what the problem with the car is over two hours. But  They can not do anything that day. So I just came home.
(Oh, the problem was that when you turn the steering wheel, you get a clicking sound, and the ventilation sheet is too weak.)

On the third visit, They fixed everything.
(I didn't think so, but I had to give up because I did not speak English smoothly.)

The next day, the steering wheel still sounded (although shrunk) and the seat was still weak. The funny thing is that the interior light does not turn off.

If you have a lot of time and want to abuse your car, come here to buy a car and get service.
I bought a car last September and I am coming to this dealer shop every month.
I am not comfortable with English, and I do not have time ... (In addition to changing engine oil, I go to a dealer shop for the first time.)

Auto Nation Chevrolet in laurel is a great dealership. The staff is awesome. Our sales person (Brianne Jordan) and the general manger (Dave Coyne) was so amazing they worked so hard together from start to finish!! they made our experience with auto Nation so great words can describe☺I Love My New SUV!!!

Shout out to Chris Votto, he was very helpful with my Chevy Tahoe. He was fantastic with keeping me up to date with the diagnosis, as well as how much the repair would cost, as well as how long it would take to complete. All services were done as he said they would be including visual of the old parts. I will definitely be working with him again!!.. hopefully not too soon!! : )

I had a great car buying experience at Auto Nation Laurel, MD. Bryan F. was extremely helpful throughout the process. He really worked with me, cutting out most of the wait time by not having to constantly "check with his manager." Furthermore, I appreciated how honest he was.

I wish I could give 10-STARS!!!!! Stephanie Kellogg is AWESOME AND AMAZING!!! Stephanie really cares about her customers and will go the extra mile for you. She is dedicated, communicative, responsive, professional and it so refreshing to go into a dealership and to be treated with respect. I will always recommend Stephanie to my friends and colleagues that need a new vehicle.
I would be remised if I didn’t include Ron- Sales Manager for also going the extra mile for me. Their dedication is by far the BEST experience.
