Hi everyone I got my car here in February. It had problems a lot did not get to have my car until march because it would not pass  inspection.   So I have had my car check engine light has been on since I've had the car so yesterday I took going to my sons school my car would not stop almost hitting a car in front of me and almost getting ruined it because I had to throw the car in park long story short I had to have a tow company come and tow my car I go to the mechanic shop they tell me that  The brakes the road or the caliber that brake hoses all needed to be replace mind you that it wouldn't pass inspection all for these reasons so Mr. Louise said he changed it needless to say when I talk to the garage they told me that they hadn't been changed in a while so Mr. Luis charge me an extra $600 for this car just to fix  just to fix these things so I go to him today and tell him that I had to have my car today they gave me the report of what need to be fixed he was on his computer looking at the computer not looking at me paying attention to me when I was saying so I had the lady  translate to him he wasn't paying her know mine he said basically screw us that we just needed to make a car payment and if he wasn't doing anything else could he not responsible for it .  Not all the people there are rude and don't care because it  owned by other people he just rented to a part of it so this is just Mr. Luis that is the issue in the problem there be other people there are very welcoming they were very nice they tried to help they tried to talk to him he flat out refuses to do anything so they've tried I am going to proceed further actions whatever you do if you go there do not buy from the short man named Mr. Luis

CarPort is a great place to get decent used vehicles for reasonable price. Mr. Louise is a gentleman and a scholar. I had the plasure of buying a Ford Escape from him on 2016 and its been running really well and needed another vehicle for my wife and picked up a VW Jetta from CarPort yesterday and that also seems running well. I will be recommending this place to all my folks and myself for my next purchase. When you go out to buy a used car, there will be risks and some work might needed such as wear and tear stuff.

I don't normally write reviews for places but the service was so bad, it compelled me to do so ASAP. There is nothing I like about the service of this dealership. I had found a car that had warning lights illuminated, 6 previous owners in their inventory. I attempted to negotiate for a lower price, they rudely told me that "this car isn't for you". If you want good service AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

RUDE beyond comprehension, RUN!! RUN!! RUN!! The state needs to shut them down.

Bought a car and it had major work needed. Dealer said he would fix it for a good price as opposed to fixing the problem he sold me with.
