My husband and me just bought our second car from this location. We worked with Albert when we got our first car and he was great but this time around we worked with Jamar and he was awesome too. He was super friendly and worked with my husband and me and made the process super easy it was like having a friend do the process from the test drive to the paper work. Everything was great! Will definitely come back in the future.

My experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make my experience stress free. I simply came in with an idea of what I was looking to buy and they took care of the rest. They found a vehicle in my budget with everything I wanted it to include.

Even though the car we initially wanted, was told was there on the phone, and set up an appointment to test drive was sold before we got there, we were able to find another similar car we were happy with. Jason was awesome and let us look at a number of cars with no pressure.  They had another car brought there from another location for us to test drive. They even had one of similar year and mileage that had the interior color we wanted. Once we finally decided, Jason got us set-up and out of there as quickly as could be expected. Jesus worked with us and the bank to get us financing we were happy with. Everyone was nice, welcoming and accommodating. Would have given 5 stars if not for the initial mix up with the inventory but the staff was great and recommended.

Albert Payne and the staff really took good care of us. We're walking out with our new 2017 Dodge Journey fully loaded. Our credit is poor but they worked with us and got the deal done. I'm recommending everyone to Albert. Keep up the good work Eastern of  Laurel!!!

Windows to the car stopped rolling up shortly after pulling off the lot. They fixed it but it wasn’t the feeling you want right after purchasing a car. Customer service seemed non-chalant. Despite that, i left satisfied. Good prices and protection packages.
