We just recently purchased my wife's dream car from this location. A 2017 Chrysler 300S (Ceramic Grey), the color really sealed the deal. Chris Revere was very helpful during the entire purchase process. There was never any pressure on the sale, just great service! Kenny Castro, one of the sales managers, worked to get us a fair trade in value as well! That made things even easier not having to sell our other vehicle on our own - always a pain. The financing was a breeze as well with Kayla Kingsley as she found a loan rate lower than our own banking institution. Factory Certified purchased as well and such an awesome car with great service. Fully satisfied and recommend you get there if looking to purchase a car - call Chris Revere.

First of all safety is number one! The service representative presented a loaner vehicle , with tire pressure that was unbalanced. Of which I did not discover, until I was about halfway home after service hours. Not to mention, that the loaner vehicle was extremely dirty (on both the interior and exterior). He attempted to clean it up some, after I mentioned it before left. But he still never vacuumed the interior. Therefore, I had to go to a car wash and it took me more than a half hour to vacuum the vehicle. Basically, they have been handing of this loaner vehicle continuously to other customers; without even fully inspecting or cleaning it first!!! Furthermore, the mechanics had to have had some previous signs; of their lift equipment shorting out. Because, any moving parts will normally show signs of functionally issues: before the mechanism completely fails! More importantly, I was inconvenienced after setting an appointment several days in advance. Therefore, I had to wait until the next day for AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to call in a towing service; in order to lift my vehicle off of the failed service equipment. And last but not least, the service representative that scheduled the appointed; quoted a ridiculous price of $67 for an Oil Change with a Synthetic Blend, but not fully Synthetic. However, the price actually ended up being $48 (total with the taxes included), without any discount applied for my troubles. I truly believe the first scheduling service representative, initially stretched the time for labor cost!?!?! One thing for sure; is that I will never have my vehicle serviced, at this location ever again!!

Went down to purchase a used 2001 Chevy 2500 Silverado on 8/1/17. Salesman Peter was nice and seemed helpful. The truck was new on the lot and had not been through service or detailing yet. I still looked at the truck and decided I wanted it. Peter told me that he would have the truck pushed to top of the service line and it would be detailed and I could drive it home the same day. After hours of paper work the keys still sat on his desk. I did not get to take the truck home and was told it would be delivered the next day. The next day I was told it need a serpentine belt, and that I would have it later that day. No tuck. Thursday I was told again by Peter that the truck would be done and he would personal drive it to me that night. NO TRUCK, Belt was still not changed. Next Day, Friday I contacted Used car manager Michael at about noon and he told me they were working on it. It was not done until 4. I don't what they are doing there but I can get a serpentine belt from advanced and change it with in a hour! Horrible service with nothing but lies. I really need the truck other wise I would of cancelled everything! No apology was given. If you want to get jerked about go to this AUTO NATION were "ensures that you, as a client, are our first priority. Buying a new, buying a used, leasing, or maintaining a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or RAM is as an important of an event to you as it is to us. We value your time and your patronage and we strive to reduce stress and hassle everywhere we can" They did not value my time and created a lot of stress and hassle.

Let me start by saying the Jeep Cherokee we purchased cost more than the Infinity so the least I would expect is the excellent service I've come to rely on at the Infinity dealership. At AutoNation, I've waited no less than 5 minutes on hold to talk to the first human every time I've called. When bringing my car in for a possible transmission issue, I was told I would not receive a courtesy vehicle until they know the repair will take more than a day (for any appointment over an hour, many dealerships will give customers a courtesy vehicle). In order to check the transmission, I needed to be without my car for an entire day already. After not receiving any update for 8 hours, I decided to contact the dealership. The first time, I waited on hold for 5 minutes while transferring twice. Then, the service agent (I assume) picked up only to put me on hold for another 10, the time I finally gave up. All this is frustrating, but unfortunately common among many business, so I intended to let it pass. What finally prompted me to review AutoNation is the receptionist's response when I transferred to general inquiries - a new attempt to reach someone I hoped. I advised I was holding for 15 minutes previously and needed to find out the status of my vehicle tonight in order to arrange for a rental car so I had it for the following morning. Her exact words were, "Well that's impossible to hold that long." Evidently she didn't think about the fact they can pick up after a few minutes then place me back on an indefinite hold, to which she admitted would allow a long hold. I'm not one to give unsolicited advice, but you seriously need to realize how all this is avoidable - get rid of the phone tree, hire adequate staff to field calls, and provide updates ESPECIALLY when someone is without a vehicle for an entire day. You need to realize taking someone's car for an entire day is incredibly frustrating. That's either made worse or better based on how well you balance what's good for your business versus what's good for the customer.

UPDATE - The dealer management contacted me to make fair amends to the issues encountered, and offered actions and corrections we determined to be fair and of proper compensation. Seems management are a bunch of clowns at this location. NEW inventory is stored under sap tree's which leaked SAP onto our new Renegade. They needed a day to clean it, called us in a day later for delivery, still sap on top panels of renegade - and now my wife noticed rubber seal at bottom of windshield was hacked and cut up (razor blade?). They tried to hide it! They Claimed it might have been damaged by the power washer. Ha! Dealer manager agreed to I-Owe-You the seal - but turned out the seal was attached to windshield. They stopped contact with me for over a week, and I had to pester them for where replacement part or windshield was - I think they hoped I would forget about it! Finally got windshield with new seal after Dewey (parts guy) took control of the problem. Never heard from management, they are absent and clueless, or careless about the customer! We forgot to take our trade-in license plates off but Ryan called to say he had them safe in his desk and we could pick them up later. After a week or so, he reports they are gone! He thinks someone went into his desk, took our old license plates, and threw them away., What? Outrageous! Where are my license plates? Spoke to Jeremiah about this and he seemed asleep during our phone call and not caring at all. My personal license plate info could be on another persons car right now - due to incompetency at this dealership. What is most sad for this dealership is that one of the sales managers campaigned my wife and I for '10's' on the upcoming survey! Ha! you ask for a ten - you better be a ten, not a two! Pathetic. Overall, a sad, disconnected, hands-off management style at this dealership and I would not recommend them!
