Sales rep was attentive.  Sales manager engaged at the right times. Everybody was realistic about the value of the car.  No high pressure tactics.  Ultimately, I feel like we reached a fair deal reflecting published dealer cost/profit information, local comparable vehicles, MSRP, trade-in value and post purchase upgrades.  Service following the sale has been outstanding.

Joe Johnson is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He is honest. He is genuine. And he works hard at getting you a vehicle that works for you and your life. I will only ever buy vehicles from him in the future. They treated me amazing and they had my best interest in mind. Mr. Lee did my financing and he was also amazing and saw the needs I had. Please consider giving Joe Johnson at Phil Long Ford a ring if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. You will be taken care of!

Got a great car, but process took entirely too long. Car went to detail & came back filthy. I asked it to be redone and pointed out areas of concern. Waited over an hour and those issues were still not resolved.  As dealership became busy, I felt a huge lack of continued customer service since my deal was finalized. No apologies for the wait, no compensation or appeasement offered for my time. Even though car was still dirty, I'd already spent 6hrs there. Got home to find out they took the plates off the car by accident.  No courtesy offered to deliver them to me!  Total lack of complete execution!

Great service! They had trouble finding a short in the electrical to all the locks and security system and had my truck a few days but only charged me the diagnostic one hour charge and no parts were even needed. They could have easily charged me more but have now obtained a new customer for good. Thanks Don and crew!
