I bought a car a few weeks ago and my salesman, Matthew was awesome! Very helpful. Not pushy and very patient with me. My car ended up needing a new battery before I left and he even tried jumping it with his own car to get it to start. I ended up not being able to take it until the following Monday which was a bummer, but it's all good now! The only reason I did not give a 5 star review was the finance person I was working with. I contacted her 3-4 times the following week and she never got back to me. (After saying " let me know if you need anything!") Followup is important- especially if you said you would be available for customers. I had to contact Matt and he luckily was able to help and answer my questions! Overall, I would recommend this dealership.

The sales, finance and delivery experience was easy and the deal was quick once we agreed upon the value of the car. They carry a large inventory of highly desirable Fords (think Raptors and GT's) which are hard to find elsewhere. You might not get the lowest price but you will get a good price and a great purchase experience.

My car was totaled in the hail storm so needed to get a car quickly. Aaron took us for test drives, Dan got us a great deal and then Aaron closed our sale. Small scratch on the car that needed to be repaired and Dan was able to get it fixed right away. Had a bit of a wait to get to the finance office but overall great car buying experience. We have used AutoNation service for other Fords we own and have always been treated well. LOVE my new Escape.

My oil change was nearly twice as much as it usually is and they were going to charge me $160 JUST for diagnostics that another dealership did for free. I priced the replacement of my sway bar links and AutoNation quoted me $100 more than the other dealership I contacted. On top of that, I scheduled my oil change days in advance only to arrive at the time of service to find out it was a three+ hour wait. Had to reschedule because I was told an hour to an hour and a half. No call before I got there, so what's the benefit of scheduling your oil change?? My previous dealership had drive up oil change service and the wait was never more than an hour and a half. It's surprising to me that people are putting up with this franchise. UPDATE: I took my car to Grease Monkey for a free diagnostic to see if all the work AutoNation said I needed was real. AutoNation said my car needed: power steering flush, transmission flush, intake flush, coolant flush and a new battery. Grease Monkey showed me the transmission and power steering fluid results. Power steering needed to be done, but transmission fluid and coolant were just fine. They recommended I use a fuel additive for now and to get an intake flush in 15,000 miles or so, no need to have any work done now. My battery results were "great." Ford AutoNation is a scam. I will be taking my car to Grease Monkey from now on, or finding a different dealership if necessary. UPDATE 2: Regardless of the terrible service I received and lack of signing up for anything, I am still receiving mail and phone calls regarding my car's service. I called customer service today and asked to please be taken off their list. I was transferred without any explanation as to whom I was being transferred to or why. I landed in someone's voicemail - no idea who. I'll be sure to post another update when I get a response (if I do)!

I dropped my Ford Edge off before I went on vacation to Oregon. They stayed in touch with me on their progress and had it repaired in two days. I worked with Mike and he was easy to work with and was on top of things. I will definitely bring my edge back to them if I have any other repair needs.
