These guys were great. Really appreciated working with them, bought my first new car (2018 Civic), and Hector and Winston helped me get every discount possible. They made me feel really welcome, even offering me their cell numbers in case I had any questions. Even though it was my first new car purchase, they made it easy. I also really appreciated they had several options of the manual transmission model, which is interestingly almost impossible to find except at this dealership. Next time I buy a car, I'll definitely come back. Thanks guys!

I would recommend AutoNation Honda of Hollywood to anyone! Eddy and Juan made the whole process as easy as possible. They were patient and answered all of my questions. Kept me at ease during the car buying experience. Cole in financing was amazing too. Again, if I had any questions or if I still do, I know I can call any one of them and they would be happy to assist me. Excellent customer service!

Had a great experience. Came for oil change. They went over my car and alerted me that there was a recall and that they would take care of that for me. They made sure I was topped off and let me know If I needed anything done in the near future. Great people there. Especially Karen Jimenez. She was the one that helped me. Felt like I was V.I.P.

I had the pleasure of working with Les and then Kenny. Les provided great service and was very attentive. He answered any questions I had and made the experience enjoyable. Kenny was superb! I was blown away by his charming personality and his unyielding resolve to have us leave with a great experience. His ability to prioritize the needs of the customer above all else really shows what an outstanding associate he is. AutoNation is blessed to have both Les and Kenny. Drove home incredibly happy with my new Accord!

Best service center in south Florida. I live 9 mins from another Honda dealer, but I am willing to drive that extra mile to come here and have my car service done. Professional, efficient, and one of the best customer service personnel's you will ever meet. Thank for the create work that was done on my car.
