Henry is excellent. The best dealer I’ve ever come across. He was so nice and very helpful. He made me feel so comfortable. I came in to buy a car, but he showed me another car with lower mileage and for a better price. Now I can drive in peace and not worry about my car getting repo. Plus I ran into the previous owner of the car at the dealership and he re-assured me that the car is in excellent condition. Thank you Henry for all of your support today. Lillian Smith is an AMAZING person and sales women! She helped me and my mother till the end and was extremely personal. I truly and 100% recommend her to anyone. I give her 2 thumbs up, 5 stars, etc. 
Also everyone at Hollywood Kia was amazing, from the online service till the finance team. I felt so comfortable and relaxed through every process. I give Hollywood Kia 5 stars, 2 thumbs, etc as well.

I had an absolutely awesome experience working with our car salesman, Andrew. He was down to earth, easy to talk to, and not the slightest bit pushy (which was very refreshing!). We ended up returning to this dealership after our first visit with Andrew, to lease our new car (the Sorento, which I love!). After our first visit, Andrew gave me his cell phone number to stay in touch and to answer any questions. He was extremely helpful and responsive, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I am very happy with my decision and would definitely recommend asking for Andrew if you are looking to purchase or lease a Kia!

Leo is the best salesman that I've ever met when it comes to purchasing or leasing a vehicle.  He insured me that is was going to give me the beat deal that I couldn't turn down. Leo put me in a brand new car today with 0 miles on it. This is my very first brand new car. I'm so excited and still is about my new car I love it. Today was Leo's day off and I didn't even know until I called him and he told me. Leo got up and he came in just to help me get the perfect car for me and my family needs. If you or anyone you know is in need of a AWESOME salesman Leo would be the go to guy. Everyone there is awesome, very nice, respectful,  and friendly. Thank you to my Hollywood Kia family for all of your wonderful help on getting me and my family back on the road again... 😉😉

Hi guys thank you for your more than excellent service today.
Carlos the sales manager greeted me at the door. He then introduced me to Lillian who knows her job very well and explained all the features of my new vehicle. Lillian took into consideration my special needs and was able to recommend another vehicle which was better suited for me.
The no stress financing agent Monica sealed the day. Thank you KIA
